Hello and welcome. Maybe you found this blog through SEO, through another blog kind enough to link here, through an LLM, or simply by chance.

In any case, this article is the first, I hope, in a long and fruitful series. It is here to serve as an introduction to this modest blog.

Who I am, and why I am starting this blog now

I am not a coach, a sociologist, or a bestselling author. If you want the plain version, I am just an independent data analyst, which at first glance has very little to do with questions of organization.

Where I do think I have real legitimacy, however, is that I am an absolute nerd when it comes to productivity. Since my student years, more than 20 years ago now, I have always enjoyed building some kind of personal organization system. I have refined that system through the professional and personal changes in my life, and today I think it has reached a mature enough form that I simply want to share it, without any commercial ambition.

I have also absorbed more or less everything the literature has produced on the subject, from the classics to much more obscure books, and all of it has obviously helped me improve this system little by little.

What I want to talk about broadly

So, with humility and without filters, I want to share my stack with you as this blog evolves:

  • Managing inboxes, to intelligently absorb the noise and continuous streams we are all increasingly exposed to.
  • Managing tasks with a modern todo list system, using a simple but rigorous Kanban.
  • Organizing work in sprints, and using time blocking to plan strategically instead of letting the calendar happen to you.
  • Habits and the long term.
  • Tidying up and broader organization.
  • Health, nutrition, and their relationship with productivity.
  • How to integrate AI intelligently into this system.
